  • Terressa Hann

    COMMUNITY HUB SUPERVISOR AND WELLBEING HUB COORDINATOR

    Terressa is a long-term and active resident of Roxby Downs, and her dedication to the community shines through both personally and professionally. Terressa calls Roxby Downs home, with her husband and their four children.

    Building on her past experience with BHP's Olympic Dam operation, Terressa’s versatility and commitment to continual learning is backed by a Cert IV in Human Resources, Level 2 Wellness Coaching, an undergraduate degree in Community Services, and IAP2 Australasia's Certificate of Engagement.

    Her exceptional communication and networking skills enrich her leadership, which is deeply rooted in values, community insight, and emotional intelligence. Terressa's expertise spans across fostering effective workplace relationships, strategic community and stakeholder engagement, adept marketing strategies, and precise strategic planning and change management.

    Terressa is a community champion, striving daily for the upliftment of Roxby Downs and it’s residents.

  • Beth McDonald

    FAMILY HUB COORDINATOR

    Beth has joined us from a healthcare administration background and has extensive experience in supporting families in rural communities. She is skilled in networking, collaborative communication and facilitation of programs, and is excited to use these skills in her role with families in Roxby.

    Beth is passionate about supporting families to reach their potential in parenting and relationships. Her background as a foster carer for the past decade and engaging with various government agencies such as the NDIS has aided her understanding of diverse family relationships and dynamics.

    Beth has been actively involved in the Roxby community since moving here with her husband and five children at the end of 2018. She is dedicated to delivering quality programs and resources to Roxby residents in order to improve wellbeing in our families and community.

  • Keely Hughes

    Keely Hughes

    CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROGRAMS & EVENTS OFFICER

    Keely has joined the team as the Customer Service, Programs and Events Officer. She has work experience in well-being and inclusion, as well as event management. Originally from Dunedin, New Zealand, Keely relocated to Roxby Downs with her partner and is excited to be involved in the vibrant community here.

    Keely holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and has qualifications in mental health first aid. She enjoys using the variety of knowledge from her study and implementing this into her work within communities.

    Keely thrives on working with people and building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. She is passionate about seeing people flourish and bringing people together to share their stories and experiences.

    Keely is thrilled to be a part of the Community Hub in Roxby Downs. She looks forward to the chance to meet and work with people across her various roles.

  • Sally Modystach

    PARTNERSHIP MANAGER & TUNING INTO TEENS COORDINATOR

    Sally is the Director of Healthy Environs and the Contract Manager for the Community Hub Partnership. Sally has experience in community health, wellbeing, and sustainability projects across Australia. She has worked on projects in the Roxby Downs and surrounding region for over six years and has a passion for bringing local stakeholders together for successful community outcomes. She holds a Masters in Public Health and has worked for various rural Councils and organisations across social sectors such as aged care, access and inclusion, mental health and foster care.

    As a trained Tuning into Teens Facilitator, Sally will support the Hub team in the delivery of the Tuning into Teens Program. Sally is a parent of two teenagers, and she is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of families, parents and carers.

  • Luke Ragless

    WELLBEING HUB SUPPORT AND RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER

    Luke is a Project Manager with Healthy Environs. He has worked for State Government and the private sector, in the areas of community development and wellbeing, environmental management, climate adaptation and sustainability. Luke has developed skills in policy research development and evaluation, community engagement as well as a suite of technical experience. Luke has delivered health promotion activities and partnership collaboration to promote wellbeing across communities. This experience gives Luke the benefit of taking a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, especially in a community setting. Developed through his affinity with nature, completion of an environmental degree and his training in Wellness Coaching, Luke has a keen interest in the role nature plays in our overall health and wellbeing.
